Birchtree’s day-school students enjoy regular art and music classes as well as “Fun Fridays” featuring hands-on activities on various themes. In art class, students have explored collage, tie dye, batik, and printing techniques. In music class, students have enjoyed playing drums, metallophones, and a singing bowl. Some students have even composed and played their own songs! Our Fun Friday activities have included digital drawing on a smartboard, science experiments, a nature-themed scavenger hunt, outdoor games, and more.
