2017 Artist in Residence & Spring Open House
The Birchtree Center was delighted to host musician Randy Armstrong as our Artist in Residence this winter and spring. During monthly visits to Birchtree, Randy offered hands-lessons in world music and percussion to small groups of students. 2017 Fitness Challenge
Birchtree’s students, families, staff, board, and friends commemorated Autism Awareness Month this April with Active & Aware: A Fitness Challenge for Autism Awareness Month. All participants set a personal health or fitness goal to pursue that month. Some walked, some ran, some biked, some did yoga or meditation, some played basketball, some lifted weights, and some…
