Kellie Smith, BA, earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of New Hampshire with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College. She joined the Birchtree team in 2021 and was promoted to Behavior Specialist in 2023. Her professional experience also includes work in early childhood education and as a family outreach specialist at a mental health center.
