Outreach Program Manager


The Outreach Program Manager is a BCBA who provides technical assistance and supports the Outreach Clinical Director in providing ongoing training and supervision to Clinical Instructors/RBTs and BCBAs at Birchtree as well as in public schools and with families in their homes and in the community.  The Outreach Program Manager reports directly to the Outreach Clinical Director.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Assists the Outreach Clinical Director and Outreach BCBAs in providing feedback, coaching, and discipline to the Outreach Clinical Instructor/RBT level staff
  • Responsible for onboarding new Outreach Clinical Instructor/RBT level staff
  • Oversees the RBT certification process as Clinical Instructors complete the process 
  • Oversees RBT supervision practices and monitoring within the department as the RBT Supports Coordinator (per BACB requirements)
  • Assists the Outreach BCBAs in providing training and support to the Outreach Clinical Instructor/RBT level staff
  • Supports the Outreach Clinical Director with introducing and implementing in the Outreach Department best practices in the fields of school consultation and applied behavior analysis
  • Coordinates scheduling of Outreach Clinical Instructor/RBT level staff with BCBAs and public school districts, including availability to respond to requests during early morning and early evening hours
  • Assists the Outreach Clinical Director with overseeing billing each month
  • Assists the Outreach Clinical Director with providing training and workshops 
  • Assists the Outreach Clinical Director with program development
  • Provides BCBA consultation to a reduced caseload of students/clients 
  • Provides BCBA leave coverage on an as needed basis
  • Creates and implements quality assurance measures 
  • Uses technology to create and implement organizational systems

Qualifications:

  • Must be BCBA certified and have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a BCBA role. 
  • Proven supervisory skills, training skills, leadership skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role. 
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly in addition to being physically capable to; stand, sit, walk, kneel, crawl, run and use hands frequently.
